Heather Naida

Heather Naida is the Vice President of Americas at Fluke. Heather has over 18 years of experience in the industry, including their previous role as the VP and GM of Connected Technologies for Johnson Controls Building Solutions, North America. In this role, Heather was responsible for leading the overall transformation of the company along with ensuring all skyline projects were with Johnson Controls. Heather has a proven track record of success in establishing aggressive growth commitments and delivering predictable outcomes. Heather is known for their ability to oversee outcome-based sales management teams that deliver smart, integrated technology solutions selected per customer needs, while ensuring missions, objectives and SaaS solutions are met. Prior to their time at Johnson Controls, Heather was the Territory Sales Manager at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company.

Heather Naida has a BSE in Industrial and Operational Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan, and a certification in the Extreme Learning Program from Johnson Controls. Heather also has a certification in LEED Accredited Professional from USGBC NJ.
