Jorge Ramirez is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the EMEA Inside Sales Manager at Fluke Corporation since July 2019, Jorge is responsible for enhancing sales productivity and efficiency through effective collaboration with field sales teams. Prior roles include Team Lead for Escalations Customer Service and Sales at Art.com, where Jorge contributed to team development and customer service management. With experience at Yamaha Motor Venezuela as Sales Manager and technician, as well as in sales and management positions in the motorcycle and restaurant sectors, Jorge has built a strong foundation in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
