David Neale

David Neale has an extensive career at Fluor, beginning in April 1990. From April 1990 to July 2011, David served as Project Controls Director at the Savannah River site for the Department of Energy and also held the position of Project Controls Manager. Since October 2011, David has advanced to the role of Director of the Corporate Claims Management Group, where the focus is on assisting project teams with claims avoidance and claims mitigation.
