Lilian Schendel

Lilian Schendel, PMP, currently serves as Director of PCM - Advanced Technologies at Fluor Corporation since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lilian worked at Jacobs as Project Manager for Mobile Launcher 2 from April 2020 to February 2024. Lilian's extensive career at Fluor Corporation spanned over a decade, where the roles included Project Director for Nuclear/Power, Mining, and Life Sciences from January 2009 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Program Manager at EMC and Software Project Manager at 3Com Corporation, as well as Senior Project Engineer at Duke Energy and Senior Engineer at Yankee Atomic. Lilian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Engineering program from the University of Hartford.
