Rosa Maria Rodriguez Chávez

Rosa Maria Rodriguez Chávez is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Development Lead at Fluor Corporation since July 2021. Previously, Rosa held various roles including Talent Development & Inclusion Manager and HR Business Partner at Alpha Consultoría Mx from April 2003 to May 2018, and HR Relationship Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from November 1998 to December 2001. Earlier in their career, Rosa served as the HR Relations Manager at InterContinental Del Lago from August 1995 to October 1998. Rosa holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidad del Zulia and a law degree from the same institution. Additionally, Rosa has obtained a Labor Inclusion Manager Certification from Bureau Veritas and has a diploma in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
