Alfred Hurley

Alfred Hurley is a seasoned executive and Independent Director with extensive experience in governance and finance. Since May 2020, Alfred serves on the Board of Flutter Entertainment Plc, leading the Compensation and Human Resources Committee, and holding committee memberships in Nominating and Transactions. Additionally, Alfred has been an Independent Director at New Mountain Finance Corporation since 2010 and chairs both the Compensation and Nominating Committees. Other current roles include Chair of the Board at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. and a member of Ligado Networks' Board of Managers and Audit Committee. Previously, Alfred was the Lead Director for The Stars Group and held senior positions at Emigrant Bank and Merrill Lynch, where significant contributions included advising on strategic planning and managing diverse investment banking operations. Alfred holds a degree from Princeton University.
