Charles Ancer

Charles Ancer is a seasoned corporate lawyer with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the private equity, retail, franchise, and mining sectors. Currently serving as Director at Fluxmans Inc. since June 2016, Charles has a proven track record of advising both domestic and international clients on their operations in South Africa and across the African continent. Charles has played a significant role in numerous high-profile mergers, take-overs, and joint ventures. Previous experience includes directorships at Norton Rose Fulbright from June 2012 to May 2016 and Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc. from January 2003 to May 2012. Educational qualifications are from the University of the Witwatersrand, Marist Brothers Observatory, and Sacred Heart College.
