I-Shen Chen

I-Shen Chen has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. They currently serve as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at FLY BY JING since May 2021. Previously, they held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2018 to June 2020.

I-Shen Chen's experience also includes various leadership roles at Nestlé Purina. From January 2015 to April 2018, they were the Director of Operations, responsible for the business unit's long-term vision and performance targets in China. They also served as the Director of Supply Chain from April 2012 to December 2014, and as the National Sales Manager from April 2013 to February 2014, leading the transformation and execution of a new business model.

Prior to that, I-Shen Chen worked as the Sales Director for Asia at L & E International Ltd from September 2009 to November 2012. They also held the same position at Smurfit-Stone from December 2005 to February 2009, where they established a sales organization and developed processes to drive sales growth.

In addition, I-Shen Chen has experience at Nestle Purina dating back to 1997. They served as the Manager of Supply Strategy for the Global Strategic Business Unit from April 2003 to December 2005, developing global strategies for product supply. They also held roles as Customer Marketing Manager from June 2002 to March 2003, and as the ORM Manager from March 2000 to May 2002, where they led teams and managed the entire order lifecycle.

Overall, I-Shen Chen has a strong background in supply chain management and has held leadership positions in various companies, successfully driving growth and optimizing operations.

I-Shen Chen completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in General Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, studying from 1992 to 1996.
