Cynthia Silvestre

Cynthia Silvestre is an experienced aviation professional specializing in cabin crew training and management. Currently serving as a Cabin Crew Ground & Inflight Instructor at Flybondi.com since January 2018, Cynthia also holds the position of Team Leader, overseeing the Purser community and managing various operational aspects, including flight reviews and crew scheduling. Previously, Cynthia worked at Emirates from June 2008 to December 2017 as a First Class Cabin Crew member, gaining extensive experience on multiple aircraft models while prioritizing safety and personalized service for First Class customers. Earlier in the career at Alvear Palace Hotel from August 2004 to June 2007, Cynthia managed customer service and travel needs in the front office. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and a high school degree in Literature from Instituto Calasancio Hijas de la Divina Pastora.
