Ricardo Ramirez Ruiz

Ricardo Ramirez Ruiz has extensive work experience in diverse fields. Ricardo started their career in marketing and brand management as a Marketing Manager for Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine in 1999. Ricardo then worked as the Key Accounts and Client's Service Director for Publicis Dialog before joining McKinnon&Clarke Ltd. as an Area Executive. In 2004, they founded SIMULUUM S.L. and worked there as a partner until 2010. Ricardo then worked for INFONAVIT as a Sr. Consultant in 2011. Later that year, they joined American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico as a Business Development Director and worked there until 2013. Thereafter, they were appointed as the Gerente Nacional Category Trade for Grupo Herdez, where they were responsible for designing and applying trade marketing strategies in support of marketing and sales plans. In 2015, they joined BDI Corporate as a Commercial Strategy Director and was later appointed as the Director Comercial. Ricardo then worked as the Gerente de Operaciones / Operations Manager for Consorcio Vasco J&H S.L. from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they work for FlyBy as a Certified Simulation Services / Flight Operations Flyby Academy.

Ricardo Ramirez Ruiz started their education at Centro Universitario Anglo Mexicano in 1983, where they received a certificate in high school education. Ricardo then attended Universidad Intercontinental from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences. In 1998, they received a diploma in Leadership for Change from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and in 1999, they obtained another diploma in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

In terms of additional certifications, Ricardo obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained a SAP certification from SAP and in 2013, they obtained certifications in ISCAM, SCANTRACK, and LOTUS NOTES from Nielsen. Ricardo also obtained several flight simulation certifications from SoftekSim and entrol - FNPT II MCC and FTD flight simulators in 2020 and 2021.
