Vaibhav Padlikar

Vaibhav Padlikar has a strong work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vaibhav is currently serving as the Vice President of Products & Growth at Flyhomes since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CityMall as the Head of Products, Cust. app from December 2022 to July 2023. Before joining CityMall, Vaibhav worked at RailYatri.in for seven years, where they held the position of Sr. Vice President, Products. During their tenure at RailYatri.in, they played various roles and also served as the Business head of the Trains vertical for three years, focusing on customer acquisition, funnel conversions, and improving the company's bottom line. Vaibhav was also a Co-Founder of Phone Warrior Inc. (Acquired by Snapdeal) and played a crucial role in all aspects of the startup, including product development, business strategy, and marketing. Prior to this, Vaibhav had worked at Adobe Systems as a Senior Lead Software Engineer and at Infosys Technologies Ltd. as a Programmer Analyst.

Vaibhav Padlikar completed their Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech.) at the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi from 2000 to 2004. Vaibhav then pursued a Master of Science in Software Systems at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2009 to 2011. In 2012-2013, they attended Sunstone Business School for a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM). Currently, Vaibhav is expected to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Statistics (PGDAS) at the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata from 2023 to 2025.
