Wendy Tieu

Wendy Tieu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wendy started their career as a Building Plans Examiner for the City of Seattle in 2013. Wendy then transitioned to a role as a Civil/Structural Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers in the same year. In 2015, Wendy joined Integrus Architecture, P.S. as a Project Engineer, where they managed construction budgets and project schedules. In 2017, Wendy joined Flyhomes as a Client Advisor and quickly progressed to the role of Client Advisor Lead. Wendy then took on the position of Market Manager for the Pacific Northwest Sales team, where they successfully grew annual sales revenue by 4X within 2 years. In 2021, Wendy became the Director of Sales, overseeing multiple sales teams across different markets and disciplines. Under their leadership, the California markets drove 30% of all sales revenue within a year. Currently, Wendy is serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Flyhomes, where they are building and leading the Sales Operations/Sales Enablement team and driving initiatives to enhance the sales team's efficacy and client experience, including the company-wide rollout of Salesforce.

Wendy Tieu holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainable Cities from Aalborg University. Wendy also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Structural Engineering, and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the California Department of Real Estate in 2020, as a Real Estate Broker from the Washington State Department of Licensing in 2017, and as a Professional Engineer (PE) from the BOARD FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS, LAND SURVEYORS, AND GEOLOGISTS in 2017.
