Magdalena Tkacz

Magdalena Tkacz has extensive experience as a UX Designer. Magdalena currently works at Flying Bisons since 2023, where they hold the role of UX Designer. Previously, they held the same position at 10Clouds from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Merixstudio as a UX Designer. Magdalena has also worked at GetResponse, starting as a Junior UX Designer from 2019 to 2020, and then as a UX Designer from 2020 to 2021. Before that, they gained experience as a Junior UX Designer during their volunteering work. Magdalena's early experience includes working as a Business Support Specialist at Seargin in 2017 and as an Agent at Competence Call Center in 2016.

Magdalena obtained a postgraduate degree in Trendwatching & Future Studies from AGH University of Krakow from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they pursued postgraduate studies in Design Management (Zarządzanie innowacją) at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2020 to 2021.

Magdalena holds a master's degree in Project and IT Service Management (Zarządzanie projektami i usługami IT) from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.

Furthermore, Magdalena attended postgraduate studies in User Experience: Psychologia Projektowania at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2017 to 2018.

In their earlier education, Magdalena received their bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics (Lingwistyka Stosowana) from the University of Gdańsk between 2014 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Magdalena has acquired several certifications. Notable certifications include "UI Design Patterns for Successful Software" and "Design for the 21st Century with Don Norman" from Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF) in 2022.
