Zach McGinty

Zach McGinty currently serves as a Program Coordinator at Flying Horse Farms, where support is provided to children with serious illnesses. Previously, Zach held various roles including Challenge Course Instructor at Camp Joy and Trips Supervisor at Ohio University Outdoor Pursuits. Other notable experience includes Program Logistics Coordinator at Camp Joy, Trip Leader & Camp Counselor for Rising Appalachia, and Recreation Assistant at Ohio University Outdoor Pursuits. Additionally, Zach has served as Head Soccer Coach for a recreational youth soccer league and worked as a PSIA Level 1 Ski Instructor at Winter Park Resort. Early experience includes a Teacher Assistant position at Athens Community Center and progressive roles at Cal-Wood Education Center, ultimately achieving the position of Wilderness Head Counselor. Zach holds a degree from Ohio University, completed in December 2022.
