Phil Pepper

Phil Pepper has a diverse work history with extensive experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Phil most recently worked at Flying Spares as the Head of Procurement since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Procurement Lead at Acro Aircraft Seating from February 2021 to August 2021. From 2017 to 2020, Phil worked at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd as the Senior Manager for Parts Heritage & Quality. Phil also held various positions at KAB Seating (CVG Group) from 2015 to 2017, including UK Purchasing Manager and Regional Commodity Manager. Phil started their career at Bentley Motors Ltd as a Buyer from 1990 to 2000 and later took on the role of Senior Buyer at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd from 2012 to 2015.
