Katrina Petkovic

Katrina Petkovic has extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as a Senior HR Integration and Change Manager at Flynn Group since October 2014, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of a new applicant tracking system across 850 restaurants and managing product releases and employee training. Previous roles at Flynn Group included Human Resources Project Manager and Benefits Specialist, administering benefits for thousands of employees. Prior to Flynn Group, Katrina held positions at Cuyahoga Community College as Benefits Administrator, at GOJO Industries in various roles including Benefits Coordinator, and gained early experience in administrative roles at Robert Half International, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Community One Credit Union. Katrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Kent State University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
