Troy Baxter

Troy Baxter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Flynn Group since March 2021, Troy has previously held significant positions including Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Leader at NPC International from October 2006 to March 2021, and a variety of managerial roles at Pizza Hut from March 1995 to October 2006, including Area Coach and Restaurant Training Leader. Troy's career began at Domino's, where responsibilities included Restaurant General Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and multiple certifications in Human Resources Management from SHRM and Middle Tennessee State University.
