Benny Schuurman

Benny Schuurman is currently working as the Sr. Designer / Design Ops at FLYR since September 2022. Prior to this, Benny founded Avoid Average, an Independent Creative Audit Agency, and Avoid Average Domains, a company focused on brand assets and brand equity. In addition, Benny is also the Founder of Lifecycle Framework, where a standardized framework for creative audits on the customer product lifecycle was defined. Benny has also held positions at NBD Biblion, Clay Solutions B.V., adidas, BridgeFund, and InVision, showcasing a strong background in design leadership and creative strategy. Benny took a break as the Chief Family Officer at Out Of ‘Office’ to refresh and refocus. Educationally, Benny has a degree in Creative Leadership from Future London Academy.
