Dorota Bonczar

Dorota Bonczar has extensive work experience in human resources and operations management. Dorota currently serves as the Operations Lead at FLYR Labs since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Novvo Kraków where they held a role in HR & Operations Services starting in August 2018. From January 2014 to November 2020, they worked at Business Trainings & HR Solutions as a Professional Business Trainer, Startups Advisor, and HR Expert.

Between June 2015 and August 2018, they worked as an HR Manager and Branch Manager at Skipjaq. Dorota also has experience as a Human Resources Executive at Antenna Software/Pega System from November 2011 to December 2013. Dorota started their career at Apriso in July 2001 as a Human Resources Manager EMEA, where they worked until December 2011. Overall, Dorota possesses a diverse background in HR and operations roles.

Dorota Bonczar obtained their first degree, a Mgr inż., in Finance Management from AGH University of Science and Technology, which they attended from 1995 to 2000. Following this, they pursued postgraduate studies in Psychological strategies in Human Resources at Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie from 2007 to 2008. In 2009 to 2010, they furthered their education in the field of Psychology of Influence through a postgraduate program at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości Kraków. Later, in 2013 to 2014, Dorota attended Matrik School of Management Trainers and obtained a degree as a Professional Management Trainer with specialization in trainer's specialization paths.
