Masha Peletskaya

Masha Peletskaya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Masha is currently a Senior Technical Product Owner at FLYR Labs. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Veeva Systems. Masha also has experience as a Lead BI Analyst and Product Owner at GoodLeap LLC, where they managed a team of remote analysts and data engineers, developed a data warehouse, and wrote and tested code.

Masha has also worked as a Product Manager at Mosaic, where they managed high-impact projects and internal platform product development, provided data analytics and project management support for compliance-related investigations, and led a team of data engineers in the transformation of raw transactional data into a data warehouse.

Additionally, Masha has served as a Senior Business Analyst at Dividend Solar, Radicle Assets, and Bridgewater Associates. Masha has experience in Salesforce administration, financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting system improvements.

Masha began their career as an Equities Trading Analyst at WTS, where they conducted extensive backtesting and developed Excel spreadsheets to automate and increase efficiency. Masha also worked as an Equity Researcher at Prentiss-Smith & Co, conducting fundamental investment research and analysis. Finally, Masha has experience as an Accountant at Biolinx, where they set up an accounting system and produced financial reports.

Masha Peletskaya earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics (Honors) and Psychology from McGill University, where they attended from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued Cognitive & Computer Science at the University of Rochester from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their academic achievements, Masha has also obtained the Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner Credential (ACPM) from Mountain Goat Software in May 2019, as well as the Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator certification from Salesforce in April 2015.
