Mikolaj Jaworski

Mikolaj Jaworski has a strong background in data science and analytics. Mikolaj is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at FLYR Labs, where they are a member of the Data Science Implementation team. In this role, Mikolaj is responsible for designing, developing, and productizing end-to-end machine learning systems, including ETL pipelines and deep learning models. Mikolaj also performed ad-hoc analyses using big data and utilized shallow or deep learning, statistical simulations, metaheuristic optimization, visualization, and data engineering methods.

Prior to LOT Polish Airlines, Mikolaj gained experience as a Data Analyst at EY. Mikolaj worked with the Business Advisory's Actuarial Team and was responsible for developing a backend computation and reporting engine for a Capital Requirement Projection Tool. Mikolaj also conducted insurance pricing geospatial analysis.

Mikolaj started their career as a Data Science Intern at Accenture, where they worked in the Insurance Advisory unit. In this role, they prototyped a fraud detection machine learning model using adaptive boosting methods. Mikolaj also performed data extraction for reporting purposes and segmented and tagged data for computer vision tasks.

Before Accenture, Mikolaj worked as an Operations Analyst at IBM's Global Business Services unit. In this role, they were involved in controlling and forecasting potential/ongoing projects. Mikolaj also handled daily operational and project management tasks.
