Michelle Chelsie Knopp is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, education, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as a Talent Manager at FM Conway Ltd since July 2019, Michelle has held multiple HR roles within the company. Additionally, Michelle is the Principal at Hotsteps Dance and has worked as a self-employed group fitness instructor, specializing in various exercise formats including Zumba and HIIT. Previous roles include teaching Physical Education and Dance at St. Michael’s Catholic College and instructing swimming at various establishments. Michelle holds a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in Secondary Physical Education and a BA(Hons) in Physical Education and Sport from the University of Greenwich.
