Tom McConnell

Tom McConnell possesses extensive experience in contract management and business development within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Manager at FM Conway Ltd since November 2007, Tom has demonstrated strong leadership and project management capabilities. Previously, Tom held the position of Business Development Manager at O'Rourke Construction & Surfacing from October 2005 to November 2007, and prior to that, served as Head of Highways & Cleansing Contracts for the London Borough of Bromley from August 2000 to October 2005.
