Satender K Sighadia

Satender K Sighadia serves as the India HR Head at FMC Corporation since November 2013, overseeing HR operations for the commercial and manufacturing sectors in India and South West Asia. With leadership of a 12-member team, Satender manages HR functions for a business generating approximately 4000 Crores INR and supporting over 900 full-time and 5000 contract employees. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Manager, where Satender facilitated major mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of HR processes following the acquisition of Dupont's Crop Protection business and Cheminova. Prior to FMC, Satender held various HR positions at Infosys, focusing on business enabling functions and employee development for over 2500 staff. Early career experience includes serving as a Major in the Indian Army, specializing in human resource development and peacekeeping operations. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Management Development Institute and a Bachelor's in Geography from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
