Garth Freeman

Garth Freeman is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager People Advisory at FMG since July 2019, Garth provides direct leadership to the People Advisory team and oversees the service delivery of the People and Culture function, including recruitment and payroll. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources for Rabobank Australia & New Zealand, where Garth led HR initiatives across 33 branches in New Zealand, and HR Business Partner at both Rabobank New Zealand and CPG Consultants Pte Ltd. Garth has a diverse background in HR consultancy and management, holding positions at organizations such as the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, Accident Compensation Corporation, ANZ, New Zealand Post, and Unilever. Garth holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma for Graduates in Human Resources Management from the University of Otago.
