Salem Shanina

Salem Shanina is a business analyst and MI specialist currently working at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank since April 2023, focusing on reporting and management information for a global private equity portfolio exceeding €3bn. Salem is also the founder and CTO of Green Flag Solutions B.V. and has a robust background in data analysis, having served as a senior data and information analyst at ING and a data risk analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Previous roles include management information specialist in global compliance at ING and data analyst in financial services at EY. Salem holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Delft University of Technology, alongside a minor from Leiden University and a pre-university degree from Stedelijk Gymnasium Leiden.
