Yuri Stoutjesdijk

Yuri Stoutjesdijk is an accomplished investment officer with extensive experience in managing distressed asset portfolios, particularly in the financial institutions, energy, and agricultural sectors across sub-Saharan Africa at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank. Previous roles include senior associate focusing on debt financing for Asian financial institutions and strategy officer involved in establishing a financial institution for developing economies. At NLFI, significant contributions were made in corporate finance, strategy, and M&A, specifically within the financial sector in the Netherlands. Earlier career experience as a financial analyst involved research, risk assessments, and portfolio management. Yuri holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Economics and an LL.M in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Utrecht University, as well as a M.A. in Business and Managerial Economics from Chulalongkorn University.
