Bojana Radin

Bojana Radin is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at UniCredit Bank Serbia since October 2022, Bojana previously held the position of Project Manager at OTP banka Srbija from March 2022 to October 2022 and spent over 15 years as a Project Manager at Crédit Agricole Srbija. Bojana's expertise includes process design for software development, feasibility studies, business analysis, project risk management, and coordination of project teams. Additionally, Bojana has experience in developing reports aligning with EU standards and managing communication with stakeholders and external vendors. Bojana holds a degree from the Faculty of Science, University of Novi Sad, completed between 2000 and 2005.
