Lisa King has extensive experience in regulatory compliance within the mortgage banking industry. Currently serving as a Compliance Instructional Facilitator at FMP Consulting since June 2016, Lisa has previously held senior roles including Vice President of Regulatory Compliance at both Mission Global and American Mortgage Consultants, Inc., as well as Regulatory Compliance Manager at Allonhill. Lisa's career began with positions as a Due Diligence Underwriter at GMAC ResCap and Edison MDS. Lisa's expertise encompasses comprehensive due diligence reviews that influence business operations related to jumbo conduit, quality control flow, whole loan acquisitions, and securitization. Lisa is an alumna of Cazenovia College, attended from 1981 to 1983.
