Application Support Technician at FM:Systems

Andrew Pena's work experience starts in 2018 when they worked as a Phone Support Technician at Montclair State University. Andrew then progressed to become an Application Support Technician at the same university before transitioning to the role of Desktop Technician. In this role, they were familiar with SCCM and JAMF and was responsible for maintaining software images and conducting basic troubleshooting of data backups and restores.

In 2021, Andrew joined PCL Solutions as a Systems Engineer, where they onboarded clients, configured Office 365 and Active Directory accounts, deployed workstations, and provided training and documentation. Andrew also handled complex IT issues without standard operating procedures.

Currently, Andrew is working at FM:Systems as an Application Support Technician. In this role, they combine their previous experience as a Technical Support Dispatcher with advanced Level I Application Support Specialist tasks. Andrew uses SQL skills to correct database errors and job failures and employs critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software support issues.
