Carolina Santos

Carolina Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carolina currently works as a Solutions Consultant at FM:Systems since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hilti as an Asset Management Software Consultant from January 2016 to August 2022. Before joining Hilti, Carolina held multiple roles at Hilti Inc., including Export Sales Manager from January 2011 to August 2012, and Account Manager from July 2007 to December 2010. Carolina started their career at One Source Title Inc. as a Senior Sales Executive from February 2005 to June 2007. Additionally, Carolina worked as a Mental Health Therapist at The Chrysalis Center from September 2004 to December 2006, where they provided counseling services and developed treatment plans for patients.

Carolina Santos has a diverse education history. In 1997, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Nova Southeastern University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Later, in 2012, Carolina enrolled at the Stockholm University Business School, where they earned their Master's Degree in Management Studies from 2012 to 2015. During their time at Stockholm University, they also studied International Business Administration at Fudan University in 2013 and Global Enterprise Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in the same year.
