François Gazuit

François Gazuit is Chief Operating Officer, in charge of managing the fleet of integrated and franchised Fnac and Darty stores. He also coordinates Fnac's activities in Switzerland.

A graduate of ESSCA, François Gazuit began his career within the group as Store Director in 1990. He was appointed Regional Director in 1994, then DIF Sales Director in 1997. From 2003 to 2007, he headed the operations department of Fnac, then continued his career within the Intermarché group, as Chief Executive Officer of Intermarché Food. Between 2010 and 2012, he successively held the positions of Deputy CEO of the Mr Bricolage group and Director of Retail Pixmania. In 2013, he returned to the Darty group as CEO of Darty Ile-de-France; he was promoted to Darty Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
