Tristan Carlos

Tristan Carlos has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tristan began their career as an Engineering Intern at Goodman Fielder in 2009. Tristan then joined Visionstream Pty Ltd, where they worked as a Compliance Manager/Business Analyst and later as a Graduate Engineer. During their time at Visionstream, they focused on KPI management, quality management, process improvements, and innovation. Tristan also acted as a Business Analyst and Field Manager for the Build Services Team.

In 2016, Tristan joined FNZ as a Systems Analyst, where they were responsible for designing business and functional solutions and analyzing platform capabilities and business processes. Tristan was assigned as a subject matter expert for the Kleinwort Benson project, specifically in the areas of client and account data.

Tristan transitioned to Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH in 2017, taking on the role of Senior Product Manager. In this position, they were involved in the operational, conceptual, and creative aspects of product development, supporting the go-to-market strategy.

Tristan then joined Voya in 2019 as a Product Manager before returning to FNZ in 2021, first as an Analyst Tester and currently as an Analyst Test Lead. In these roles, they are responsible for solution design, technical analysis, and end-to-end testing to ensure client requirements are met.

Overall, Tristan Carlos has gained extensive experience in product management, business analysis, systems analysis, and project management.

Tristan Carlos completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Management from Auckland University of Technology between 2008 and 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories" from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
