Tony Voiers

Tony Voiers has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and leadership roles. Tony is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Focal Medical, Inc. starting in November 2022. Prior to that, Tony served as the Team Lead for the RADx initiative, a program focused on developing innovative COVID-19 testing approaches. Tony also held the position of CEO at Advanced Chemotherapy Technologies, where they led the company in raising funds and worked towards a First-in-Human clinical trial. Tony served as a Board Member at CanvasGT from January 2020 to December 2021. Tony founded and served as CEO of Novocor Medical Systems, Inc. from March 2013 to November 2016. Tony held various leadership positions at Ethicon, including Director of R&D and Site General Manager, and Director of Project Management. Tony also served as the Director of Operations at Closure Medical and as an Operations Manager at Abbott.

Tony Voiers attended North Carolina State University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
