Emma is currently working as the Lead Recruiter at Focal Systems, where they contribute to the company's growth through the implementation of automated shelf scanning solutions. Prior to this, Emma served as the Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Socure, where they played a crucial role in building and managing engineering and data science teams. Emma also provided HR business partnership, mentoring, and brand advocacy. Before their role at Socure, Emma worked as a Principal Advanced Analytics & Technology Consultant at Lawrence Harvey Group, where they focused on recruiting top-tier candidates for management consulting firms and start-ups. Emma's experience also includes working as a Lead Consultant for Data Analytics & Strategy Recruitment at Full Circle Recruitment Ltd, where they recruited professionals for various sectors including finance, retail, market research, and education. At Brook Street Bureau PLC and The Salvation Army Employment Plus, Emma gained experience in accounting, account management, and recruitment consultancy.

Emma Hage pursued their secondary education at Strathcona Baptist Girls Grammar School from 2001 to 2006. Following this, they attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management from 2008 to 2012.
