Charles R.

Charles R. has a diverse work experience across various industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Retail Sales Manager at Verizon for five years before being promoted to the role of District Manager. In this role, they managed the operations of multiple retail locations. In 2012, Charles joined Zale Corporation as a District Manager, overseeing 11 retail locations. Charles then moved on to become the Regional Director of Operations at Regis Corporation, where they supervised 75 salon locations. In 2019, they transitioned to The Joint Chiropractic as a Clinic Director and Area Sales Manager, handling strategic business operations and customer engagement. Following this, Charles worked at Draeger US Interlock, LLC as a District Service Manager, leading a team of certified technicians across multiple states. Most recently, they joined Floyd's 99 Barbershop as the Director of Field Operations. Charles' experience includes managing teams, implementing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In March 2023, they will also begin working as a Certified Business Coach at FocalPoint.

Charles R. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Strayer University between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Arizona, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
