Chris Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chris served as the President & Professional Business Coach at The Business Spotlig starting from October 2017. Prior to this, they were a Master Corporate Trainer at The Business Spotlight, where they facilitated Brian Tracy Global programs and addressed employee engagement issues. Chris also worked as a Licensed Navigational Coaching Facilitator, teaching strategic coaching skills to leaders, and as a Brian Tracy Sales Success Intensive Certified Trainer & Founding Member.
Before joining The Business Spotlight, Chris held positions at Procter & Gamble where they were the Manager of IT & Shared Services from August 2006 to September 2009. Previously, they worked as a Section Manager at Procter & Gamble European Services in Switzerland, where they held the role of Section Manager from January 1996 to July 2003 and then again from an unknown start date to 2006.
Overall, Chris has gained extensive experience in coaching, training, and management roles, both in business development and IT fields.
Chris Allen attended Bowling Green State University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Business Systems and a minor in Business. In addition to their formal education, Chris has also obtained various certifications. In 2009, they became a FocalPoint Business Coach through Brian Tracy & Focalpoint International. In 2013, Chris furthered their professional development by becoming a Brian Tracy Global Certified Facilitator/Trainer through Brian Tracy Global. In 2015, they received the Quilly Award for Best Selling Author from the National Academy of Best Selling Authors.
