Frank Russo

Frank Russo has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Frank started their career in the US Navy, serving as a Commissioned Officer for 26 years. After retiring from the Navy, Russo worked as a Relationship Manager in the Energy and Maritime sector at Hibernia Bank. Frank then moved on to become a Portfolio Manager in Asset Portfolio Management - Natural Resources at BMO Capital Markets.

Russo further built their expertise in the oil and gas industry by becoming the Director and Credit Portfolio Manager for the North American Oil & Gas sector at ABN AMRO. Frank managed credit product exposure for various clients, including integrated oil companies and energy merchants.

Following their tenure at ABN AMRO, Russo joined Deloitte & Touche LLP as a leader in their governance, risk, and regulatory strategies division. Frank worked with banking, financial services, and commodity clients, assisting them in implementing risk management frameworks and developing credit risk management strategies.

Russo then held executive positions at GE Capital and Noble Group Limited. As the Managing Director and Audit Executive for Energy, Aviation, and Insurance at GE Capital, they established new audit functions and implemented risk-based audit programs. At Noble Group Limited, Russo served as the Chief Audit Executive, responsible for providing assurance and advisory services to improve the company's operations.

Currently, Russo works as a Managing Principal and Strategic Business Advisor at Forctis Advisory Inc. Frank uses the FocalPoint executive coaching approach and Business Foundations framework to assist entrepreneurs in all stages of the private company life cycle. Additionally, they are a Certified FocalPoint Executive Coach, helping entrepreneurs achieve their desired results.

From 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance and General Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. In 2003 to 2005, they attended The United States Army War College, where they acquired a Master of Strategic Studies with a focus on Strategy and Leadership.
