Jim Masters

Jim Masters has extensive experience in business coaching and performance coaching. Jim started their career in 1994 as a Vice President at Ameritrade and later moved to TD Ameritrade, where they held the same position until 2006. In 2007, they became the Owner and Certified Business Coach at FocalPoint Business Coaching of the Midlands, where they also served as President and Owner. Additionally, they founded their own company, Masters Business Performance Coaching, in the same year.

Jim Masters attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1974 to 1978. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services. Additionally, they studied Business and Finance as part of their degree program.
