Janet Z. has extensive work experience in market research and client services. Janet began their career as an Account Manager at SDR Consulting in 1989 and then worked as a Project Manager at Elrick & Lavidge in 1995. In 1996, they joined CMI as the VP of Client Services, where they managed relationships with key clients and developed research programs to improve company performance. Janet then transitioned to Kimberly-Clark in 2012 as a Senior Marketing Research Manager, overseeing market intelligence functions for the company's global B2B brands. In 2018, they became the Associate Director of Market Research & Analytics at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Janet'smost recent role was as the Director of Consumer Insights at Focus Brands LLC, starting in 2021. Additionally, they have served on the boards of the PHACE Syndrome Community, Inc. and SOJOURN: Southern Jewish Resource Network for Gender and Sexual Diversity.

Janet Z. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, from 1985 to 1989. Janet later went on to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing from Georgia State University, graduating between 1990 and 1994.
