Stéphane Kaufmann

Stéphane Kaufmann has a strong background in data and analytics, with extensive experience in various roles. 🎮 Stéphane began their career in 2011 as a Researcher in Image processing at McGill University and later worked as a Research intern at Télécom ParisTech. In 2012, they transitioned to a role as a Consultant at Polyconseil.

In 2014, Stéphane joined numberly (1000mercis Group) as a Data Scientist, where they contributed their expertise in data analysis. In 2015, they moved on to become a Lead Data Scientist at Plume Labs, where they led a team and focused on researching air pollution.

In 2018, Stéphane joined Ubisoft as a Data Scientist - Mathematical Leader, conducting research on players' behavior and acquiring and retaining customers in the video game industry. 🎮 Stéphane then advanced to become a Data Science Manager, leading research projects and animating internal data events.

In 2022, Stéphane joined Focus Entertainment as the Head of Data, responsible for building high-performing teams and implementing data strategies for top-tier game quality. 🎮 Stéphane is currently serving as the Data Director, leading the development of teams and maximizing information value across departments.

Stéphane Kaufmann completed a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from École Polytechnique from 2008 to 2012. 🎮 Stéphane also obtained a Master 2 (M2) in Machine Learning from École normale supérieure in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics at Lycée Kléber from 2006 to 2008.
