Sheila Somido - Esmas

Sheila Somido - Esmas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sheila began their career in 2009 as an Oracle Retail Application Trainer at KCC-Oracle, where they trained employees and end users in Oracle Retail Applications and monitored their performance.

In 2011, Sheila joined June Spring Group of Companies as the Accounts Director for June Spring Multimedia, where they provided a range of creative services for businesses. Sheila also served as the Operations Director for June Spring Group and later became the VP for Operations, overseeing the management and delivery of various services worldwide.

Sheila then joined SLIM Enterprises in 2012 as the Accounts and Production Director, providing consulting and investment services to help companies and consumers achieve success in Canada.

In 2015, Sheila held the role of Project Manager at Conversion UP, specializing in conversion optimization to increase online sales for businesses. Sheila later joined Focus HQ, a project management team, where they continue to disrupt the project management industry through innovative tools, methodologies, and advisory support.

Sheila Somido - Esmas completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of the Philippines from 1998 to 2002. Sheila then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Bachelor of Laws at the University of Southern Philippines from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sheila Somido - Esmas also obtained certifications to further enhance their skills and expertise. In 2009, they became a Certified Oracle Retail System Functional Trainer after completing the program at KCC-Oracle. Sheila also holds a Career Service Professional Eligibility certification from the Philippine Civil Service Commission, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not specified.
