Lisa Georganes

Ms. Lisa Georganes is a Director in FocusPoint International’s Strategic Development Group. Lisa is based in the greater Toronto, Ontario area and is responsible for customer acquisition and channel distribution relationships, with an emphasis on the independent travel advisor segment. Lisa has over 25 years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with companies like British Airways and Royal Airlines. Lisa has deep knowledge of travel sales, product positioning, consulting, and customer service. Lisa entered the retail travel space in 2001 and quickly rose through the ranks of one of Canada’s largest leisure travel companies as the Director of Sales with a national remit. Over the years, Lisa has played an instrumental role in agent skill development, call center profits, and the implementation of multiple new products and ancillary services. Lisa’s exposure to and passion for traveler safety, coupled with her experience with airlines, tour operators and insurance carriers makes her uniquely qualified for driving the independent travel advisor segment at FocusPoint International.
