Cameron Fortier

Director, M&A at FOG Software Group

Cameron Fortier is the current Director of M&A at FOG Software Group. Prior to this, they were the Director of Corporate Development at Teranet Inc. from October 2017 to November 2021. During their time at Teranet, Fortier led the company's M&A and investment processes, overseeing strategy, sourcing, diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing for a number of deals, including the acquisitions of D+H Collateral Management Solutions and NoticeConnect, and investments in R-LABS Canada and RIOS. Before Teranet, Fortier worked as an Investment Research Analyst at MRB - The Macro Research Board from September 2015 to October 2017. There, they supported coverage of equity sectors, specializing in the United States, conducting bottom-up analysis to complement the macro view, and creating financial models to forecast earnings and performance.

Cameron Fortier has a BAH in Economics from Queen's University and an MA in Business Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. Cameron is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
