Jordan Zakkai

Jordan Zakkai is the current Director of M&A at FOG Software Group. Prior to this, they were the Director at FTI Capital Advisors Canada from July 2017 to April 2021, and Senior Consultant at KPMG Canada from November 2016 to June 2017.

Jordan began their career at EY as a Senior Staff Accountant in September 2013. During their time there, they conducted numerous audit engagements for publicly listed real estate entities and various private sector clients. Jordan was also responsible for leading various audit teams and acting as the main point of contact for finance executives externally and audit executives internally.

In November 2016, Jordan moved to KPMG Canada where they worked as a Senior Consultant until June 2017. During their time there, they prepared financial statements and tax returns under strict time deadlines, ensuring all deliverables met high quality standards and were provided to clients on a timely basis.

Jordan joined FTI Consulting in July 2017 as the Director of FTI Capital Advisors Canada. In this role, they were responsible for managing key client relationships and providing direct support to clients through the presentation of audit result reports. Jordan also prepared financial statements and tax returns under strict time deadlines, ensuring all deliverables met high quality standards and were provided to clients on a timely basis.

Jordan has gained extensive experience in auditing, financial statement preparation and tax return filing throughout their career. Jordan's experience with both publicly listed entities and private sector clients has given him a well-rounded knowledge base that they use in their current role as Director of M&A at FOG Software Group.

Jordan Zakkai completed a field in Business at Ivey Business School at Western University. Afterwards, they pursued a field in Business Management and Organizational Studies with a Global Studies Specialization at Huron University. Jordan is certified as a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Ontario.
