Jamie Ceglarz is a seasoned executive recruiter and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership hiring for startups and scaleups within the tech, VC, and PE ecosystems. As the Founder and Executive Recruiter at Guild Talent since March 2019, Jamie focuses on emerging leadership roles. Additionally, Jamie co-founded and serves as Managing Member of the Operators Guild, an exclusive network for top finance and operations leaders, while also acting as an Investor at FOG Ventures. Prior roles include Client Partner at The Sourcery, where Jamie addressed hiring challenges for growth-stage tech companies, and Executive Search specialist at MitchelLake Group, contributing significantly to revenue growth and team expansion. Jamie's earlier experience includes successful sales and business development roles at Huddle and Aerotek. A graduate of San Diego State University, Jamie holds a degree in Financial Services and a minor in Spanish.
