Selma Oliveira has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Fogo de Chão since January 1998. Prior to this role, Selma held various management positions at Marriott International from January 1986 to January 1998. Selma holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the Mackenzie Institute in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
