Sophie Schmitz

Sophie Schmitz has a diverse professional background, currently working as Assistant Director of Operations at Pacific Dental Services and Head Coach at St. Paul Academy and Summit School. With experience in various roles including as a Server at Fogo de Chão and Oral Medicine Assistant at University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Sophie also worked as a Research Study Assistant focusing on Optical Coherence Tomography. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Physiology from the University of Minnesota.
