Amber Phelps is an English Language & Literature Educator at Baltimore City Public Schools since March 2010, currently serving as a Teaching Fellow at the Folger Shakespeare Library. Previously, Amber was a Corp Member with Teach For America and a Communications Intern at Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. Amber holds a MSEd in Urban Education from The Johns Hopkins University and a Honors BA in Political Science & Journalism from The Ohio State University.
