Vice President (South Asia) at Folia Water

Mohammed Rashed has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Mohammed is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Folia Water Global, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CEO and Managing Director of Folia Bangladesh Limited starting from August 2021. Mohammed also worked as the Vice President (South Asia) at Folia Materials starting from January 2021.

Before joining Folia, Mohammed held the position of Country Director-Bangladesh at Folia Water from March 2019 to January 2020. Mohammed has also worked as the Business Head, Enterprises at BRAC from January 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for devising and implementing strategies for enterprise growth and maximizing profitability.

Earlier in their career, Mohammed worked at NAVANA GROUP as the Head of Marketing from January 2014 to December 2016. Mohammed was responsible for overseeing marketing communications, brand management, and market activation programs. Prior to this, they worked at Navana Batteries from 2009 to 2013, where they held several positions including Senior Sales & Marketing Manager and Regional Manager.

Mohammed's experience also includes working at EASIS A/S as the Distribution Development Manager from May 2007 to May 2009, and at British American Tobacco as Trade Marketing & Special Channel from February 2005 to April 2007. Mohammed started their career at C.P. Bangladesh Co., Ltd. as a Territory Manager from January 2003 to January 2005, where they were responsible for developing distribution channels and managing sales targets.
